Illume HR & Investigations values transparency and communication. Any anticipated changes to scope or additional work requirements will always be discussed with clients prior to proceeding.

Fees are generally based on:
complexity of the matter
number of witnesses
review of documentation
reporting requirements
travel requirements (if applicable)
A clear fee proposal and scope of works will be provided prior to commencement.
HR Advisory Support and Training & Workshops
HR advisory and training services may be provided:
hourly
as project-based work
or through tailored support arrangements
